Nutella Ice Cream

Dear Journal...

 So me and my friend Nicole wanted Ice Cream so what better way of having ice cream than posting it on YouTube too lol

I had a lot of fun making this video and the ice cream was really really good I hope u guys enjoy watching it just as much as I enjoy making it.

Nutella Ice Cream:

1/2 quart (1 pint) Heavy Cream

1/4 quart Milk

2 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract 

1 medium size container of Nutella

2 Eggs

1. In a sauce pan bring Cream, Milk, Vanilla, and Nutella to a simmer in medium-high heat or till Nutella is dissolve then remove from heat.

2. Beat the 2 Eggs in a separate bowl then temper the eggs before completely adding them to the Milk and Nutella mixture.

3. Pass the mixture through a strainer in to a container with a lid then put in the freezer.

4. Once the mixture is chilled put the the ice cream machine.

This was super fun to film it was really hard to keep my laughter contain while trying to speak. Surprisingly there was a lot and I mean a lot that was cut because we kept talking about random things out of nowhere and going back to the questions.

I'm Back Again

Dear Journal...

Yes I'm back and this time for good hopefully. In the year I been gone a lot of things had happen. I got 2 jobs witch is why I been really busy and not been able to post anything. My boyfriend left me not long after my last post witch I'm glad because that was an awful relationship. I got a new car that I been wanting for some time now I'm still thinking of what to named her (yes my car is a girl lol). I went back home for vacation it was really fun I missed it a lot. I made a lot of new awesome friends and I'm finally starting to somewhat like living here in CT (except for winter I still hate winter lol). My nephew was born if anyone follows me on Instagram I have posted some pictures of him and how big his getting.

I already have a couple of new post lined up I hope you guys enjoy them. I'll be posting them really soon. I'll be posting a new recipe with a video that was made for my friends YouTube channel. There will also be a post for my vacation in Puerto Rico.

Hopefully I wont be going away again and everyone can enjoy my new posts.
